Vinny Cascio, director of TRiO student support services/ESL
Vinny Cascio, an accomplished higher education leader, is proud to serve as director of TRiO Student Support Services/ESL at Elgin Community College.
He oversees a $4 million federal grant, leading a dedicated team that supports first-generation, low-income students and students with disabilities. Vinny is passionate about helping students with resources and workshops, such as financial literacy, self-care, and self-advocacy, to build skills for success beyond ECC. A licensed mental health counselor, he collaborates with campus leaders and departments to ensure that students receive holistic support.
