Streamwood Center

Elgin Community College offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes on the lower level of Streamwood Village Hall. The location has offered evening classes for nearly 25 years.

To sign up for classes, follow this process:

1. Complete inquiry at elgin.edu/adulted
2. Complete intake – receive Class Card
3. Take a pre-test in Building B at 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, Illinois
4. Attend an orientation – receive placement
5. Register for classes
6. Attend class (start August - end December)
